SPOT 01
SPOT Websites
A website that gets found and gets you booked. Not a brochure nobody reads.
Most service business websites are digital business cards. Pretty enough, and completely useless. They don't rank, they don't answer the questions a customer actually has, and they don't make it easy to book. I build sites that do all three, on the same platform I use for my own businesses. Fast, mobile first, and structured around how somebody decides who to hire.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Your website is a salesperson or it's a decoration .
Here is what actually happens. Somebody needs the work done. They search. They open three sites in three tabs. They spend about eight seconds on each one deciding who looks legitimate and who looks like a risk.
If your site loads slow, they're gone before it renders. If it doesn't say what you do and where you do it, they're gone. If it doesn't show real work and real reviews, they pick the one that does. If booking means filling out a contact form and waiting a day, they call the next guy.
None of that is about how pretty the site is. It's about whether the site does its job in eight seconds. Most agency-built sites are optimized to look good in a portfolio, not to win those eight seconds.
A slow website loses the customer before your best photo has even loaded.
HOW IT WORKS
Built to be found , built to convert.
01
Structure before design
We map the pages before anybody picks a color. What you do, where you do it, what it costs to be wrong about hiring you. Every service gets a page. Every real service area gets a page. That structure is what makes the site rank later, and it's the part most agencies skip.
02
Built fast, on purpose
Static build, compressed images, near zero JavaScript. Speed is a ranking factor and it's a conversion factor. A site that loads in under a second beats a prettier site that takes four, every single time, and it never stops beating it.
03
Written like you talk
No stock copy about passion and excellence. Real language about the actual work, the actual problems, and what makes you different from the operation across town. If the copy could belong to any business in your industry, it gets rewritten.
04
Booking that takes one tap
Click to call on every screen. Booking that works on a phone with one thumb while somebody is standing in their kitchen. The whole point of the site is the moment somebody decides to contact you, so nothing gets in the way of it.
05
Wired into the rest of the system
The site feeds your Google Business Profile, your review flow, and your follow-up automation. A website that isn't connected to anything is just a poster. This one is the front door of a system.
WEBSITE QUESTIONS
Website questions, answered .
Stuff buyers ask before they book.
- Do I own the website when we're done?
- Yes. It's your domain, your content, and your business. I am not in the business of holding a website hostage to keep a client. If we ever part ways, you keep what you paid for.
- How long does a new site take?
- Usually 3 to 6 weeks depending on how many services and service areas you have and how fast you get me photos and details. Rob the Hair Viking went from a booking app and a Facebook page to a complete site in that range.
- Can you fix my existing site instead of rebuilding it?
- Sometimes. If the platform is decent and the structure is sound, fixing is cheaper and I will tell you that. If it is built on something slow and bloated, patching it costs more over time than replacing it. I will look at what you have before I recommend either one.
- Do I need a page for every city I serve?
- For every city you actually serve and want to be found in, yes. Not for cities you have never worked in. Thin pages for markets you do not serve is the oldest bad SEO trick there is and Google has been penalizing it for years.
- What if I do not have good photos?
- We use what you have and get better ones over time. Real photos of your actual work beat stock photography every time, even when the lighting is not perfect. A phone photo of a real job is worth more than a professional shot of a model pretending to do your job.
