The discount on Command vs buying everything individually is significant.
- What if I only want some of the services, not all?
- Then you buy individual services. Command is the bundled offer for movers who want the whole system. There's no rule that says you have to buy everything at once. Many of our clients start with one or two services and add more over time. When they're ready for the full system, they upgrade to Command and get the bundle pricing.
- I'm a smaller mover. Is Command for me?
- Probably not yet. Command is designed for movers running 3 or more trucks who need the operational complexity of an integrated system. If you're running 1 or 2 trucks, start with individual services that fit your stage (often Hawk Dispatch Maps and Hawk Dispatch Response are the highest-leverage starting points). When you scale up, we move you to Command.
- What happens to my existing tools when I move to Command?
- Depends on what you're using. Some existing tools we replace because Command does the same job better and integrated. Some tools we integrate with because they're working and you like them. We map your current stack on the discovery call and figure out what gets replaced, what gets integrated, and what gets retired. No surprises, no forced migrations of tools you actually love.
